Shipping

Each order has a flat shipping rate of NZ$5.50 for urban and NZ$8.50 for rural. If your order sub-total is equal to or greater than $65.00 then shipping is free within New Zealand.

If your parcel has not arrived, check the status of the package through the tracking link provided to you in the order email. If the parcel is shown as delivered but you have not received it, or you have received the parcel damaged, contact us to arrange an investigation into the shipment with our courier.

All items are inspected carefully before dispatch. Any defects are noted in the details of the product page.<br>No other warranties either express or implied by law are made with respect to these products.</p>

Your Personal Information

The information you provide to Nice Twice NZ is held solely for the purposes of supplying the products purchased. The information provided shall be retained by Nice Twice NZ while the customer holds an account or continues to purchase goods from Nice Twice NZ. Access to that information held is provided through the My Account page for review or corrective purposes. Personal information can be deleted by using the Delete Account link in the My Account page. Credit Card details are not stored by Nice Twice and are handled and stored securely by Stripe.com in accordance with their privacy policy. Rental Terms & Conditions

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Price does not include any damage, or major stains. Upon return, if the garment is damaged in such a way in which we need to outsource a remedy, you will not receive your bond back. 

I expect you to send back the garment via overnight courier only through NZ post on the next working day.

In the event that an item is not returned within the agreed timeframe, a late fee may incur. If an item is not returned at all, it will become assumed stolen property and appropriate actions may be taken, including issuing an invoice for the full RRP of the item.
